Learning outcomes

Students will learn about the principal characteristic and agronomic management of the most important herbaceous crops.

Course contents

The course (4 CFU, total 40 hours: 24 frontal lessons and 16 integrative activities) consisting in a general description of main herbaceous crops. The lessons will be focus on cultivation area, morpho-physiological characteristics, agronomic requirements, cultivation practices, quality and end uses of each crop.
