Learning outcomes

To describe the main biochemical techniques for the structural and functional analysis of enzymatic proteins. Case study: the mitochondrial NADH-ubiquinone oxidoreductase in biomedical research.

Course contents

An undergraduate laboratory course of biochemistry with an
emphasis on a scientific research experience.

Being an annual learning module, this workshop will combine both semesters of the first year covered by the integrated BIOCHEMISTRY course (I.C.), of which it is an integral part:

I semester
1 hour lecture (in-person activity)
8 hours laboratory activity (remote learning environment)

II semester
8 hours laboratory activity (remote learning environment)
