Learning outcomes

Aim of the course is giving students a complete knowledge of commercial law.

Course contents

The regulation of entrepreneurial activity, with specific focus on the following topics:

  • the legal notion of "entrepreneur" and "concern";
  • competition law;
  • joint ventures, associations firms and networks;
  • intellectual property;
  • theory of business organisation;
  • partnerships;
  • the joint stock company;
  • the limited liability company;
  • the regulation of listed companies.

Teaching methods

The course lasts an entire academic year; two-hour lectures are held twice a week.

Assessment methods

The final exam is a written EOL+Zoom exam.

Teaching tools

Students are encouraged to use the Italian Civil Code both during the lectures and while studying for the exam.
