Learning outcomes
Aim of the course is giving students a complete knowledge of commercial law.
Course contents
The regulation of entrepreneurial activity, with specific focus on the following topics:
- the legal notion of "entrepreneur" and "concern";
- competition law;
- joint ventures, associations firms and networks;
- intellectual property;
- theory of business organisation;
- partnerships;
- the joint stock company;
- the limited liability company;
- the regulation of listed companies.

Teaching methods
The course lasts an entire academic year; two-hour lectures are held twice a week.
Assessment methods
The final exam is a written EOL+Zoom exam.
Teaching tools
Students are encouraged to use the Italian Civil Code both during the lectures and while studying for the exam.
