Learning outcomes

At the end of the course, the student knows the basic institutions of public law specifically with regard to the discipline of the economic factors, or the regulation of the economic initiative and the exercise of the economic activity, with particular attention to the deepening of the Italian constitutional system and all 'Membership of our country to the European Union. In particular, the student is able to know: - the substantial publicity of economic and private activities, with reference to the international and European context; - the advertising tools, the administrative organization and the system of liberalization and privatization; - the different models in which public intervention can be performed in the economy by distinguishing for each model strengths and weaknesses; - tools for out-of-court settlement of disputes.

The exam is aimed at evaluating the skills and the critical abilities developed by the students

The exam is oral.

It is not possible to bring books, personal notes or electronic devices in the exam. Registration for the exam is compulsory, and students have to register through AlmaEsami [https://almaesami.unibo.it/almaesami/welcome.htm] according to the general rules of the School of Economics, Management and Statistics.

The mark is out of 30 points, and the minimum required to pass the exam is 18 / 30.
