Learning outcomes

The student, through a laboratory activity selected among those that will be activated from year to year, develops skills in the practical development of the knowledge acquired in the courses: he will be able to collect, organize and analyze complex information, as well as present the results of the analysis in written and oral form.

Course contents

The workshop aims to train students to write a legislative or administrative text (from the Constitution to a bylaw), in a clear and understandable language and, as far as possible, not a vague one. It involves interdisciplinary knowledges, being involved, in addition to Law, Philosophy, Public Management and Linguistics.

Readings/Bibliography

No books. The professor could suggest commentaries that can be useful for the students, downloadable from the web site http://www.tecnichenormative.it/

Teaching methods

The activities will consist of a general part, where the professor illustrates all the issues related to the technique of legislative and administrative drafting, and in a special part, with analysis of cases 

and active participation of the attending students. In particular, attending students will carry out the analysis of a text of their choice and they will reformulate it according to the studied canons.

Assessment methods

Credits will be assigned on the basis of the positive assessment of the practical activity, consisting in rewriting a legal text on the basis of the rules of drafting studied during the course.

The methodology applied to the workshop requires necessarly the attendance of the lessons. It won't be possible to obtein credits for this activity without class attendance.

The workshop will take place in the second term, in dates still to be scheduled.
