Learning outcomes
The student, at the end of the course acquires knowledge about healthy lifestyles and values that must be transmitted to the citizens to prevent the onset of cardiovascular disease and certain cancers.
Course contents
Lifestyle and cardiovascular health. Nutrients. Dietetic regimes. Recommendations. Caloric restriction and longevity. Aging. Metagenomic and nutrigenomic.

Teaching methods
The course consists of 1 CFU (frontal teaching). A seminar given by a food expert is scheduled.
Assessment methods
The final exam consists of the oral presentation of a topic casually extracted by a default list of 5 questions given at the beginning of the course.
The vote is 1/6 to the final grade of the Integrated Course.
