Learning outcomes

The student knows the mechanization of agriculture and forestry, machinery and plants for the processes of agricultural biosystems, zootechnics and  forestry, green areas, agro-food industries and wood industries, with regard to aspects of design, construction, operation, management, environment, safety and welfare of workers, including information technology, sensors, automation, robotics, precision handling  and process modeling; logistics of the agricultural, agro-food and forestry chains.

Teaching methods

The course will cover the topics of the program through classroom teaching.

Assessment methods

The exam is done through a final exam that ensures the successful acquisition of knowledge by carrying out an oral exam. The course is part of the integrated course "BOTANY AND AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES CI", therefore the final evaluation of the student takes into account the level of knowledge and skills acquired on the contents of the entire integrated course and the final score is derived from the average of the two teachings which constitute the CI.
