Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is able to elaborate a treatment plan according to the bases of neuropsychology.

Course contents

The objective of the Neuropsychological Rehabilitation course is aimed at learning the basic knowledge and skills through which the student will be able to grasp the effects that affect the cognitive-behavioral sphere caused by neurological damages and diseases. At the end of the course, students will be able to recognize and differentiate the various neuropsychological disorders studied and to structure and organize a starting speech therapy plan.

For each topic introduced we will study the neuro-anatomical sites involved, the evaluation methodology and the rehabilitation treatment.
