Manages administration and accounts relating to tenured technical and administrative staff and part-time student workers. It forms a back office to the Campus Coordinator, the Campus Board and the Manager in their institutional and representative roles. It is the overall coordinator of institutional communications, events, initiatives, action plans and projects involving outside entities.
 

Administrative and Accounting Services Sector

Oversees and manages administration and accounts, finances and assets for the Rimini Campus Area, keeps it abreast of the laws in force, and ensures that resources and services are managed and delivered effectively and efficiently.
 

USD Sector – Services for Students and Schools

(in Italian)  

This coordinates services for all students enrolled on Degree Programmes at the Campus (e.g. management of their administrative career, and the counselling, internship and international mobility services). It handles relations with outside entities involved in organizing student services. It also handles relations with the Schools and the various Vice-Chairmanships, with a view to organizing teaching support services; and guarantees the end-user an efficient, effective, quality service.
 

ICT Services Sector

This provides consultancy and quality ICT services tailored to teaching and research needs, as well as those of the Campus and facilities on it, providing: coordination and updating of ICT systems, development and management of network services, purchasing and management of hardware and software, implementation of new technology, technical assistance to Campus facilities, management of the Campus web site and consultancy for Campus structures websites, production of graphic material (brochure, leaflets, posters.)
 

Central Library Sector

This coordinates the running of the Departmental Document Services Area (ASDD), bibliographical information services underpinning teaching and research for the benefit of students and teachers on Campus degree programmes. It purchases and manages the book resources and organizes services to make them available and fully used.
