Rules for consulting the dissertations and final reports deposited in the Food Science Library

The dissertations/final reports deposited in the Library can be consulted by the users subject to the following conditions:

• they must present proof of identity or a university badge
• the materials, or any parts of the same, must not be reproduced in any way.

The full texts or in some cases, only the abstracts of some of the dissertations of the Food Technologies, Viticulture and Enology, Food Consumption and Catering Sciences, Food Sciences and Technologies) degree programmes are available in the AMS Tesi di laurea, the University’s institutional archive.

The full texts of all the PhD thesis of the University of Bologna are available in the University’s institutional archive, the AMS PhD Thesis repository.
