What to do at the END of your mobility period

The following are the 5 STEPS to be done AFTER having come back to your Home Country.

 

STEP 1 - BOARDING PASSES: first of all send us immediately a scanned copy of the boarding passes of all the flights taken to diri.amidila@unibo.it

 

STEP 2 - BOARDING PASSES AGAIN: secondly, TG1 grantees must go at the AMIDILA contact person office to register their return and submit the original boarding passes of all the flights taken. TG2 and TG3 grantees must send the original boarding passes to us directly through register mail to following address:

STEP 3 - RECOGNITION: Undergraduate, Master and PhD Exchange as well as Post doc grantees must take a fundamental step: ask to your Home University for the Recognition of the activities you have carried out at your Host University during the AMIDILA mobility. You must ask them to carry out their regular recognition procedure and to fill in and sign the AMIDILA Confirmation of Recognition.

 

STEP 4 - SECOND QUALITY QUESTIONNAIRE: fill in the Second Quality Questionnaire. This is an online questionnaire and you should have received the link from us. Check your e-mail box and in the case you did not receive any link please contact us: diri.amidila@unibo.it

 

STEP 5 - FINAL REPORT PACKAGE: only after all the activities have been recognized and all the necessary documents have been collected you can complete your Final Report Package. Once done it you must send a scanned copy of the it to diri.amidila@unibo.it . The Final Report package consists in the following documents:

Undergraduate, Master and PhD Full degree

Sandwich/Exchange PhD and Post doc

Academic/Administrative Staff

 

 

Undergraduate and Master Exchange:

  • AMIDILA Final Report duly filled in and signed by you. Use only the template you can find in this page in the download section.
  • a copy of the Transcript of Records issued by your Host University.
  • In the case you have carried out research for thesis, the AMIDILA Confirmation of Achievements duly filled in and signed by your Host University. Use only the template you can find in this page in the download section.
  • the AMIDILA Confirmation of Recognition duly filled in and signed by your Home University. Use only the template you can find in this page in the download section.
  • Annexes: copies of papers or articles or abstract published under the AMDIILA experience, copies of certificates of participation in language courses, cultural courses, conferences, seminars, workshops being these academic or extra-academic, photos of the experience, videos, etc.

 

Sandwich/Exchange PhD and Post doc:

  • AMIDILA Final Report duly filled in and signed by you. Use only the template you can find in this page in the download section.
  • the AMIDILA Confirmation of Achievements duly filled in and signed by your Host University. Use only the template you can find in this page in the download section.
  • the AMIDILA Confirmation of Recognition duly filled in and signed by your Home University. Use only the template you can find in this page in the download section.
  • Annexes: Transcript of Records (if any), copies of papers or articles or abstract published under the AMDIILA experience, copies of certificates of participation in language courses, cultural courses, conferences, seminars, workshops being these academic or extra-academic, photos of the experience, videos, etc.

 

Undergraduate, Master and PhD Full degree

  • AMIDILA Final Report duly filled in and signed by you. Use only the template you can find in this page in the download section.  
  • A copy of the Diploma (or Graduation certificate) and Transcript of Records issued by your Host University.
  • Annexes: copies of papers or articles or abstract published under the AMDIILA experience, copies of certificates of participation in language courses, cultural courses, conferences, seminars, workshops being these academic or extra-academic, photos of the experience, videos, etc.

 

Academic/Administrative Staff:

  • AMIDILA Final Report duly filled in and signed by you. Use only the template you can find in this page in the download section.
  • The AMIDILA Confirmation of Achievements duly filled in and signed by your Host University. Use only the template you can find in this page in the download section.
