Eligibility of undergraduate, master, PhD students and post doc:
- Must be a national of one of the lot countries: Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan
- Must have not resided nor have carried out their main activity (studies, work, etc) for more than a total of 12 months over the last five years in any of the EU countries at the time of submitting their application to the partnership. This rule does not apply to TGIII candidates;
- Must have sufficient knowledge of the language of the courses or of one of the languages currently spoken in the hosting countries.
- Must belong to one of the following groups:
- For Target Group 1 (TGI) : applicants registered at one of the following WEBB partner Universities at the time of submitting their application: Yerevan State University (Armenia); Ganja State University (Azerbaijan); Khazar University (Azerbaijan); Belarusian State University (Belarus); Vitebsk State University (Belarus); Tblisi State University (Georgia); Shota Rustaveli State University (Georgia); Telavi State University (Georgia)Alecu Russo Balti State University (Moldova); Odessa National I.I. Mechnikov University.
Undergraduate students must have successfully completed at least one year of studies in their home institution; TG1 degree seeking applicants are advised to read further explaination in the Faq section
- For Target Group 2 (TGII) : - students or post doc registered in a Higher Education Institution not included in the partnership of the lot country concerned (Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan) - or candidates who obtained a university degree or equivalent from a Higher Education Institution of the lot-countries.
- For Target Group 3 (TGIII) : nationals of one of the lot countries concerned who are in a vulnerable situation:
- having a refugee status or asylum beneficiaries (international or according to the national legislation of one of the European recipient countries) or
- it can be proved that they have been the object of unjustified expulsion from university on racial, ethnic, religious, political, gender or sexual inclination or
- they belong to an indigenous population targeted by a specific national policy or IDPs (Internally Displaced Persons).
Eligibility of academic and administrative staff (hereafter referred as "staff")
- Must be a national of one of the eligible countries;
- Must belong to one of the following groups:
- For Target Group 1 (TGI): staff who work in or are associated to one of the WEBB partner Universities of the lot country (Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan);
- For Target Group 2 (TGII): staff who work in or are associated to a Higher Education Institution (not included in the partnership) of the lot-country.
