| Study and research plan |
For PHD exchange students: must contain the outline of your current research, and specify the activities you want to carry out at the Host Institution (between 1500 and 2000 words); See research plan template for exchange students
For PhD degree seeking students: the research proposal must outline the PHD topic, the key research questions and objectives, the methodology and a short bibliography. The research proposal should be between 1500 and 2000 words, and should include a working title of the topic area (no template available for PhD degree applicants).

It must explain why you would like to study at the chosen host universities and study programme, how it integrates in your current research activities, how it will benefit your professional placement and future career; it is necessary to specify if you apply for an exchange period of 1 or 2 semester or for a degree title (36 months mobility) |

Declaration signed by the Head/coordinator of the PhD programme at the host university, stating that the candidate is eligible for admission to the PhD programme in case he or she is selected(specifying if it is short mobility or full degree) |
