Sandra Guidi

Associate Professor, Medical Faculty, Bologna University. I'm carryng out my research in the field of physiology. My research is directed to analyze the molecular and physilogical mechanism of brain development, that are modified in chromosomal diseases like Down syndrome. Currently, I'm studing the effects of pharmacotherapies that can improve neuronal development and cognitive abilities of patients with Down syndrome. I collaborate with various national and international research groups. I'm author of numerous publications in scientific international journal.
