January 2013

• Prof. Stefano Luciano Ciurli is leaving for Porto Alegre, where, from  Jaunary 19 to 3 February 2013 he will launch the project "Estrutura tridimensional and potential biotechnological de peptídeos Derivados de ureases", funded under the program Ciência Sem Fronteiras BOLSAS NO PAÍS PESQUISADOR visitor ESPECIAL - LINHA 1, at Centro de Biotechnology Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, in collaboration with Professor Regina Célia Ribeiro da Silva Carlini.

May 2013

• From 9 to 21 May  Prof. Bruna Zani  will join  Prof. Maria Stella Brandao Goulartat at  the Univesidade Federal de Minas Gerais in Belo Horizonte, to develop a research project on "Models of psychosocial rehabilitation for users psychiatric disorders: a comparison of experiences in the contexts of Minas Gerais (Belo Horizonte) and Emilia Romagna (Bologna).
   The research visit has been scheduled in conjunction with a delegation of operators, users and family members of mental health services in Bologna, led by the Director of DSM dr. Angelo Fioritti. More info

June 2013

• Prof. Stefano Luciano Ciurli  is once again leaving to Porto Alegre for the second two-week period as a Visiting Professor on the basis of previous agreements with Professor Carlini (see January) .
•  Professor Ardigò Martino will be at Universitade Federal de Rio Grande do Sul,  Porto Alegre to be collaborating in activities of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Public Health, as well as for technical meetings and collaboration between UFRGS UNIBO. Read more
• Dr. Daniela Calanca, Department of History and Culture,  will speak on History and Historiography of clothing and fashion at Universidade de Sao Paulo on June 4th and Universidade Federal de Goiàs on the 6th. Read more

July 2013

• Prof. Stefano Gandolfi and Prof. Valerio Cozzani, DICAM will be at USP, in Sao Paulo and at UFRJ t in Rio to discuss collaborations in connection with the framework agreements signed with  those Brazilian University.
• Prof. Luiz Ermindo Cavallet  has finished his post-doc period at Unibo and has returned to Brazil Read more .

August 2013

• From August 13 to August 17 2013, Prof. Claudio Travaglini will be at the Universidade de São Paulo as visiting professor in Social Economy at the Faculdade de Administracao and Economics. After that, he will be from August 19 to 21,at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Geraisin Belo Horizonte, also as a visiting professor in Social Economy.
  
• Eng. Aurelio Muzzarelli, Department of Architecture will be at PUC in Belo Horizonte to give a series of lecture on GIS and WebGis.

• Prof. Francesco Mainardi, Department of Physics and Astronomy, visits Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Instituto de Matemática Estatística e Computação Científica,  Departamento de Matematica Applicade, via FAPESP fellowship.

January 2013

• Prof. Luiz Ermindo Cavallet extends his post-doctoral internship at the Department of Agricultural Sciences from January to June 2013 under the tutoring of  Prof. Maurizio Canavari. In 2012 he was co-woriking with Prof. Rombolà .
  
• Prof. Marcelo Candido da Silva Universidade de São Paulo, Faculdade de Filosofia Letras e Ciências Humanas, Departamento de História,has been invitated as a visiting professor at University o Bologna to deepen the scientific  collaboration with Prof. Maria Giuseppina Muzzarelli on middle age studies.
  
• Prof. Leonardo Santos de Brito Alves Universidade Federal Fluminense came to Bologna to meet with  prof. Antonio Barletta, Department of Industrial Engineering, in order to define a cooperation agreement and cotutele for doctoral students through the Science Without Borders.

• Dr. Erica Rodriguez Moreira, Departamento de Fitotecnia, Tecnologia de Alimentos and Socio-Economics, Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP), Ilha Solteira, Sao Paulo, Brazil (April 2013-March 2014) will be  hosted by the  Department of prof. Adamo Domenico Rombolà.

• From 13 to 24 May, Prof. Marcos Bagno, from Universidade de Brasília, Departamento de Línguas Estrangeiras e Tradução, will give some lectures in conjunction with the courses in Brazilian and Portuguese linguistics and Literature by  Prof.  Roberto Mulinacci.  prof. Bagno will also participate as an invited speakers at the conference "The University for multilingualism: policies for foreign languages​​, policies for the Italian language", 23-24 May at Department of Modern Languages, Literatures and Cultures

• In August 2013, Barbara Elena Perazzoli, a student from Curitiba will be  hosted by the  Department of prof. Domenico Rombolà. The student Carine Rusin (IFRS, Bento Goncalves, Rio Grande do Sul) and Prof. Luiz Cavallet (FAFIPAR, Paraná are currently hosted by the Department of Prof. Rombolà.
